ご入園までの流れ

①下のContact Formをご提出いただく。
②ご都合の良い日時にご見学いただく。
③気に入っていただけた場合はWaiting Listへご登録（無料） 
④空きが出たら登録順にこちらからご案内致します。 
⑤レジストレーション費のお支払い、入園手続き書類のご提出 いただく。
⑥ご入園

ご入園をご希望の場合はメッセージ欄に以下をご記入ください。

• お子様のお名前（ふりがな）
• 生年月日
• ご希望の週回数と曜日
• ご希望の登園スタート時期
• 健康状態、成長や発達で気になること
• たんぽぽホームデイケアのことをどのように知っていただけましたか？
  （Instagram、お知り合い、ベイスポさん、ウィコラさん、インターネットの検索
   など）

お問い合わせをいただいた後、２営業日以内にメールでご連絡いたします。
迷惑メールに分類されることがありますので、お手数ですがお使いのメーラーでtampopohomedaycare.comドメインを受信可能にしておいてください。
※受け入れ枠を超えた場合はウェイティングリストに登録されます。（無料）

Enrollment Process

1. Please submit the Contact Form below.
2. We will arrange a visit at a time that works for you.
3. If you feel that Tampopo is a good fit for your child, you may register for our waiting list (free of charge).
4. When a spot becomes available, we will contact families in order of registration.
5. Complete the enrollment process by submitting the required forms and paying the registration fee.
6. Enrollment begins.

Information Required

If you are interested in enrollment, please include the following information in your message:

• Child’s name
• Date of birth
• Desired number of days per week and preferred schedule
• Desired start date
• Any health concerns or developmental considerations
• How did you hear about us?
  (e.g., Instagram, friends, BaySpo, Wecolla, internet search, etc.)

After You Contact Us

We will respond to your inquiry by email within two business days.
Please make sure that emails from tampopohomedaycare.com are not filtered into your spam or junk folder.

If we are at full capacity, your child will be placed on our waiting list (free of charge).
